[Case sample] Arrested for taking upskirt photos
I just got a call from Ueno Police Station telling me that my husband has been arrested for taking an upskirt photo of a woman at the station.
My husband is an expat in banking and we can’t risk having the company find out about something like this. I am so worried for him right now that I don’t think I can think straight on my own.
I’m hoping to find an expert in the criminal defense field so I can get some professional advice on the matter. I also need to know if my husband is being treated properly in custody.
