[Case sample]My son has been arrested for rape
I have just received a call telling me that my son was arrested this morning for rape by Shinjuku Police. The officer who gave me the call told me he has admitted to the facts but that “it was consensual”. I have never had to deal with a situation like this and I am looking for a criminal defense attorney to discuss this with.
