My father has just been arrested for indecent exposure by Akasaka Police. The officer who gave me the call told me he is “terribly sorry for the person who had to see” him exposed. Sexual Offences
My son living in Tokyo on his own has been detained by the police this morning under charges of assault to a woman I don’t know of. The officer from Shibuya Police Station told me that my son is “asking for a lawyer”. I called his office today to inform them that he will be taking some sick time off. I am so worried that his company might fire him if they find out about the case. I would like to receive some advice on how to deal with this matter and if I can get my son out of custody as soon as possible.

Criminal Defense
I just got a call from Ueno Police Station telling me that my husband has been arrested for taking an upskirt photo of a woman at the station.
My husband is an expat in banking and we can’t risk having the company find out about something like this. I am so worried for him right now that I don’t think I can think straight on my own.
