A note on two misconceptions:

Rape
If you have sexual intercourse without consent from the other person, it’s rape. Simple.
But what brings panic to many of our clients, is when they are accused of rape by a prostitute.
It goes without saying that prostitution is a crime on its own. However, we choose to turn a blind eye to red-light districts in any city. What one must risk when visiting the district and paying for their service, is to be careful not to be accused of rape. The many girls there will consent to giving you some form of sexual service, but are not always up for intercourse. It may have appeared that she consented in one way or another, but there is always a risk that that is exactly her plan. She will shout rape the moment you’ve crossed the line.

Child pornography and child prostitution
With the widespread use of smartphones, SNS dedicated to online dating have become more prominent over the years and an alarming number of underaged persons are becoming involved in sexual crimes.
Child pornography and child prostitution are not terms reserved just for little children as we might imagine – minors under the age of 18 are all included. If you are in possession of a sexual photo of a girl aged 16, you are in possession of child pornography.
If you have performed any sexual acts with a 17 year old girl in exchange for money, it falls under child prostitution.

Even if there was no exchange of money or some form of financial support, sex with someone under the age of 18 years is statutory rape and is a criminal offense.
