I came to Tokyo on holiday with some friends.

We were enjoying a night out at a club in Roppongi and ran into some girls. They seemed kind of drunk but we had some fun together, and I decided to get out with one of the girls.

The two of us went for a couple more drinks around Akasaka and ended up in a hotel. She didn’t seem to mind having sex and I remember her saying she liked foreign men, but after it was over, she started crying and called the police telling them I raped her.

Some police officers arrived and arrested me on the spot. I told them that she had consented and I didn’t rape her but they still wanted to take samples from me. Can I resist this?
